That success is evidenced in a senior leadership team with an average tenure of over 18 years; a staff and senior consultant tenure of six years and a turnover rate under 7% the last eight years.

Due to their continued growth, our client is seeking to add a Senior Tax Manager to their successful tax practice.

The successful candidate is someone that values a culture that is known for honesty, candor, collaboration, acceptance of differing opinions and views, has zero-tolerance toward egos, hierarchy or "corporate culture" games.

In this role, our client is seeking a diamond that is under-valued in their current role that will be responsible for:

• Mentoring, guiding and supervising tax accounting team members assigned to client projects
• Review of work product and facilitate delivery of results to partners and clients
• Work with firm's resource planning team to establish budgets and assign staff based on difficulty of client work
• Work hand-in-hand with partners on larger or more complicated engagements to ensure resources are allocated properly
• Continually assessing client engagement needs to recommend changes as client requirements evolve and grow
• Actively participate in development of training for new interns/team members
• Grow relationships with existing clients assessing areas of opportunity for expansion of business services
• Desire to be involved in outside networking and other business development activities
• Assist in transfer and increase of knowledge through internal continuing education initiatives
• Research tax legislation/statutes to assist in understanding the impact on compliance and planning
• Develop coaching and mentoring plans for team members
• Actively participate as part of firm's leadership team assisting in strategic vision and growth of the firm

To succeed in this role, our client is seeking a professional that brings the following skills to the table:

• BBA in Accounting; MBA will be a plus
• 10+ years overall tax experience in a CPA firm/public accounting environment
• RECENT CPA FIRM experience is a MUST
• CPA
• Track record of success and growth
