🔭 What we do

We provide sourcing and recruitment services to our clients.

As a recruiter in MatcHR, you will be working under an embedded model. This means that you will be part of the client’s recruitment team and fully dedicated to them.

Some of our clients include Tik Tok, Miro, Booking.com, Grammarly, Revolut, and Hazelcast among other great companies.


🧑‍🚀 Your mission

In your role as a Sr. Tech Recruiter, you are on a mission to turn candidates into hires. You will develop a business-oriented mindset and grow to an expert level in recruitment and management. 

You will be (end) responsible for one or multiple clients to help them hire the best tech talent the world has to offer.

Responsibilities include:  

  • End responsible for one or multiple clients 
  • Report daily, weekly, and monthly to our clients and use data to improve overall KPIs 
  • Work in close cooperation with one or multiple Sourcers for our clients 
  • Take mentorship over 1-2 Recruitment Specialists and share topics in which you are an ambassador to the team. 
  • Create a strong personal brand on LinkedIn 
  • Actively engage with new potential clients

🔍 What we are looking for

  • 4-10 years of working experience in tech recruitment
  • Fluent in English both in speaking and writing
  • You have a proven track record of closing roles on a variety of tech stacks (FE, BE, FS, etc.)
  • You know how to leverage data to improve efficiency, drive innovation, and influence hiring decisions. 
  • Experience working in a high growth environment with international clients/ stakeholders
  • You have developed yourself from a recruiter to a full business partner. Clients come to you for advice with any tech-related question 
  • A positive and can-do mindset
  • You actively live our company values  
  • Experience or comfortable with working 100% remotely


📐 How you will be measured?

You will be (end) responsible to support our international clients in the best possible way. You will be measured on the number of hires, the number of submitted candidates, the conversions through the pipeline, the feedback from the clients that work with you, and in general whether our team likes to work with you :)
