As a Senior Sourcer it’s your mission to turn people into candidates for our clients. To achieve this, you will closely work together with your team of Sourcers and tech recruiters to fully understand the needs of our clients and find the right candidates for them.

We are currently working with our clients on 3 different models:
1. Sourcing as a Service – (tech) sourcers work dedicated for a client on a subscription based model
2. Recruitment as a Service (RPO) – (tech) recruiters work dedicated for a client on a subscription based model
3. Remote hiring – we help companies hire remote tech talent based on their time zone, tech requirements, salary expectations, and payroll & compliance preferences

📐How you will be measured
As a Sourcing Lead, we will measure the results your team brings for our clients (e.g., # of hires, submits, market data, client satisfaction), the overall happiness in your team and your ability to attract A-player Sourcers.
🗓️ What your first 12 months will look like and what outcomes we expect you to hit
Your first month at MatcHR! Welcome! You will go through an intense onboarding process to understand our way of working. Together with the management team we will discuss what processes we need to set in place, what capabilities we need in (y)our teams and what we need to do, too consistently be successful for our clients. You will analyze our current way of working for our clients, optimize where necessary and start to look for new hires for your own team. Where needed you jump in, to help more junior sourcers out with sourcing for one or multiple clients.
In your first weeks we will make a 30/60/90 day plan with company goals but also personal development goals.
You will be fully up and running. Using data, you will create the plan how to scale your team(s), the capabilities you want to train (y)our team(s) on and what processes we need to improve.
We aim to welcome your first new team member(s) at the end of your second month and we focus how we can double our sourcing team from 17 to 30 in the next 6 to 9 months.
You have created individual development plans for your team and are coaching and mentoring them on a daily basis and you have hired your first new team members.
Three months in already! You have hired your first new team members and everybody is working according to the processes we have developed together in your first two months. You have created a culture of performance by using data, growth and learning and your team is inspired by the development plan you created for them.
You constantly look for new sourcing tools and techniques to outperform the competition and use data to analyze the results of your team.
In only six months you have significantly lifted the overall sourcing level of your team members. You optimized the cooperation between sourcers and recruiters, created a culture of performance based on data and have seen your team almost double in size. The clients your team works for, are happy and refer us to other clients as well.
You are actively sharing your knowledge with the sourcing community and you are invited on a regular basis to speak at different conferences.

Wow! One year at MatcHR! Something we will be celebrating for sure at our yearly offsite over a pina colada! After a year, your team will have more than doubled and you have seen MatcHR more than double in size as well. You are actively involved in optimizing and automating our sourcing process and tooling. Your team loves to work with you and you will have grown personally as well.
We will discuss your personal development plan for next year and together with the management team you will work on the strategy for the following year.
