Our Client is a technical professional services and software resale organisation, specialising in AIOps & Cyber Security and related technologies. Our team has been at the forefront of enterprise monitoring software for over 20 years and is building the most knowledgeable and customer-focussed team of specialists within the AIOps field.

You will be fully supported and trained to become a expert in your subject area and develop yourself into a fully fledged Technical Consultant within your domain. A linchpin for the business.

Skills and Experience

• Abiity to communiate consisely and with all stakeholders
• Great written and oral skills in all mediums
• Enthusiasm to learn new technologies and grow with the business to become a technical consultant, a passion for IT

Technical Skills and Experience

• AIOps, monitoring, automation and/or observability technology degree topics would be advantageous. As would programming, networking and data science.
• Especially relevant are: Splunk, ScienceLogic, IBM Watson (and previous versions of Tivoli Netcool), New Relic and Big Panda
• Python, PHP or other programming/scripting languages is a plus
• Knowledge around operating systems, databases, cloud and containerisation
• Entry level proficiency with system administration/support in Windows and Unix environments with an emphasis on Linux would be perfect!
• Entry level proficiency with databases / SQL

Education and Certification

• Further education / BSc in Computer Science or related discipline eg. networking or programming
• Industry certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, project management and business analysis will all be useful
