We have recently partnered with a multi-location, mid-cities CPA firm that has a three-decade history of success in the local market and is looking to add a senior leader Tax Principal to their team.

In this role, our client is seeking a diamond in the rough that is ready to lead a team, build a business and do it with the support and backing of a firm whose client list is a Who's Who in the western Dallas and Tarrant County markets.

Our client is looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys being the boots-on-the-ground face of the firm while being actively involved in the community; someone that has the passion to interface with clients, direct the day to day activities of the operation and reap the rewards of that effort.

To succeed in this role, our client is seeking:

  • 8+ years overall tax experience with at least the most recent four-plus years coming in a public accounting environment
  • Excellent track record working with S-Corp, Partnership, High Net Worth Individual, Trust/Estate taxes across a varied industry group.
  • While less than 10% of the job will be responsible for compliance work, as the leader of the operation your fingerprints will be across all aspects of the work leaving the office
  • 4+ years in a supervisory/leadership capacity with a demonstrated history of building successful teams
  • Our client's average tenure is 7+ years so job stability is critical to their culture. If you have more than three (3) jobs in the last five (5) years, please provide an explanation in a cover letter
