Required Skills:

·         This position is ideal for someone with 2+ years of sales experience who wants to grow their career by:

·         Must be able to demonstrate ability to self-manage complete phone sales process, visiting potential clients when that will help to close the deal.

·         Shows a result-driven and competitive attitude, while also being a strong team player.

·         Adept at a two-call close.

·         Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.


·         Validate Target List Prospects by researching the business to identify # of locations and owner/decision makers.

·         Call on decision makers to represent energy-efficiency AI and IoT solutions.

·         Effectively demonstrate how solutions can save significant money, while lowering the carbon footprint and increasing the quality of interior air for employees.

·         Willingly tap internal tech and engineering resources and team.

·         Close the next step in the sales process with every conversation.

·         Focus on reaching an agreement by the second call.

·         Meet monthly and quarterly deal quotas.

·         Keep each step of your sales process up-to-date in Salesforce.

·         Enthusiastically participate in weekly sales meetings.

·         Apply lessons learned and coaching techniques to increase the number of deals closed.
