Head of Marketing - £40,000 - £55,000 (dependant on experience)


Our Client is looking for an energetic, future focussed, self-motivated, and strategic thinking Head of Marketing. As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for ensuring the client maximises opportunities across multi-channel platforms. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader & team-player with a can-do attitude and have demonstrable experience of driving growth through all marketing mediums. The client is looking for a commercially aware leader.



Responsibilities of the Head of Marketing will include:


  • Develop, manage, monitor and implement the business marketing strategy in line with the organisational objectives and priorities
  • Effective management of growth, with a particular focus on acquiring and converting new customers whilst maintaining loyalty amongst existing customers
  • Developing and implementing paid campaigns that deliver ROAS target
  • Create and implement cost-effective strategies that drive traffic to business, focussing on conversion, cost of acquisition etc.
  • Forecast, measure and report performance of all multi-channel campaigns.
  • Rigorously analyse data to measure the impact and report on the impact of our campaigns, growth initiatives, communications, social media and content to help foster and accelerate learning, innovation and year-on-year growth.
  • Translate digital performance data into measurable insights to drive core business objectives
  • Set targets for growth and deliver these through your own efforts and that of a highly engaged team


The Head of Marketing will have the following skills and experience:


  • Must have demonstratable experience in a similar role at a mid-senior level with commercial awareness and business acumen that allows you to support the business with its strategic growth aims
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Resilient with the ability to motivate and manage a function and team through periods of change and growth
