Requirements

• 5+ years Corporate Recruiting Experience (no agency-side recruiters please)
• 3+ years IT Recruiting experience
• Strong LinkedIn and social sourcing skills
• Strong Boolean Search skills
• Fearless in the face of hard-to-fill job reqs
• Strong sense of urgency
• Track record of thriving under pressure and deadlines.
• Ability to work remotely from a home office
