Position / Title: Customer Service Representative

Role / Expectations: Service Coordinator Managing Customer Success / traditionally considered a service dispatcher, we're seeking a leader who prides themselves on delivering outstanding customer care by coordinating an array of services that drive customer success through an exceptional service experience.

Reports To: Service Manager

• working in a commercial trade or service industry for 2+ years (heating, cooling and refrigeration preferred)

• managing data input using SuccessWare or Aptora's Total Office Manager (preferred)

• creating Excel spreadsheets and executing basic computations

• coordinating customer care in a high energy office environment

Opportunity Notes

• This position is FULL-TIME and ON-SITE in DENVER, CO

• Compensation is paid through an HOURLY RATE

• This position requires frequent 50-hour work weeks
