Summary:

The Manager of Business Applications is responsible for strategic and operational leadership across all enterprise applications that support Company’s business processes and all respective functional areas. This responsibility includes leading a hybrid team of external partners and internal teams in a matrixed organization, ensuring commitment dates on new capabilities or incremental changes are delivered on time, and on budget. The role will report to the SVP IT & Cyber.


This leader will be execution-focused applying proven experience in Agile delivery, critical thinking and problem-solving skills and will partner with external experts to deliver technology solutions that improve and automate business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience and passion for working in a cross-functional role aligning and delivering technology solutions to streamline business processes across diverse stakeholders.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

What you will do:

·      Manage and provide directions in project execution, ongoing run, and performance for globally dispersed applications and technical resources.

·      Maintain ownership of partner networks providing a mix of ongoing production and project support.

·      Establish and continually improve application performance metrics to measure health and status of critical systems.

·      Ensure the timely delivery of projects and initiatives and prioritize and manage the backlog of work according to the needs of the business.

·      Ensure that any new software integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.

·      Liaise with network administrators and software engineers across the organization to assist with network availability in support of continuous delivery of applications services.

·      Compile and maintain inventory of company software and systems assets and their corresponding contracts/agreements.

·      Develop, distribute, and coordinate in-depth end-user reviews for modified and new systems or applications.

·      Develop and maintain operating and capital expenditure budgets.



Strategy & Planning

·      Collaborate with business stakeholders, Solution & Data Architects, Business Analysts, and Developers for the delivery of technology solutions that enable business value and support the achievement of our strategic goals.

·      Drive change and continuous evolution with a transformational mindset.

·      Evangelize and engage with business leaders on process optimization and automation within Finance-Accounting, Operations, Product, and Sales and teams.

·      Review and analyze existing applications effectiveness and efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving or leveraging these systems.


REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications:

·      10+ years leading enterprise applications teams with specific experience in ERP, CRM, and Service management systems, both on-premises and SaaS.

o  HUGE PLUS: Microsoft Navision and Dynamics, ServiceNow, Kibo.

·      Bachelor’s degree in computer systems or related field. Master’s degree desirable.

·      Strong knowledge of financial business processes including order-to-cash and procure-to-pay, required.

·      Demonstrated experience in oversight of a highly integrated ecosystem of applications.

·      Demonstrated Agile experience with ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced Pod driven environment.

·      Demonstrated experience in developing high-performing teams.

·      Demonstrated experience communicating ideas and roadmaps in both technical and user-friendly language.

·      Demonstrated expertise in process improvement projects at both a technical and leadership level.

·      Outstanding writing, documentation, and presentation skills.
